REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

​1. Cancellation Before Shipment (India Orders Only)

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by choosing one of the following options:

Via My Account:
Go to My Orders > Select the order > Tap on Order Details
Click on Cancel Item, choose the item(s) to cancel, state the reason, and confirm

Via Email:
Email us at cs@raialiving.com with your Order ID and cancellation request
Via WhatsApp or Call:
Contact our support team on +91 8792819927 (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST)

Once the request is submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and the refund will be processed.

2. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

Pre-shipment cancellation: Refund initiated within 24–48 business hours of cancellation confirmation.
Post-shipment cancellation (return on delivery): Refund initiated once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Note: Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original source. Cash-on-delivery (COD) cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless the order is delivered and returned.

3. Use of Coupons & Loyalty Points

Discount codes and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and will not be reinstated.
Any loyalty or reward points redeemed during the purchase will be credited back to your account upon successful cancellation.

RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility (India Orders Only)

You may raise a return or replacement request within 15 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact

2. How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return request via:
Your RAIA account: Go to My Orders > Select the item > Click Return

Email: Write to cs@raialiving.com with Order ID, reason for return, and product photos
WhatsApp/Call: Contact us at +91 8792819927 during support hours

Please include a photo of the product and invoice for reference.

3. Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:
Product is used, altered, or damaged due to misuse
Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing
Return request is made after 15 days
Product is ineligible due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care devices like trimmers and massagers)

Note: Free gifts must be returned along with the main item.

4. Refunds & Timelines

Refund is initiated within 48 hours of return verification at our warehouse.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer based on details shared by the customer.
It may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacements

Replacement is subject to stock availability. If not available, a full refund will be issued.
