How does the delivery process work?
Once your order is placed on www.raialiving.com, our system processes it and each item goes through a strict quality check to ensure it meets our standards.
Once cleared, your product is carefully packed and handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners will deliver your product to your doorstep at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach your address or require additional delivery instructions, they will contact you directly to coordinate.
How are items packaged?
At RAIA, we are committed to sustainability and responsible packaging without compromising product safety. All orders are securely packed using eco-friendly boxes. Where feasible, we use recyclable paper fillers instead of bubble wrap.
Our packaging approach is continuously evolving as we work toward reducing plastic usage and embracing greener alternatives, while ensuring your grooming device reaches you safely and in pristine condition.
Currently, RAIA ships across India to all serviceable pin codes. We are working to expand our network to reach more customers across the country.
Note: At this time, RAIA does not ship internationally.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped (typically within 24–48 hours), you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section on your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
We also offer the option to receive order updates via WhatsApp.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
In certain cases, delays may occur if:
Your order includes a high-demand item from a major promotional campaign.
An item needs to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure authenticity and freshness.
We appreciate your patience in such situations and aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?
Yes, in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This simply means different items may be shipped from different warehouse locations.
Note: You will only be charged once for shipping or Cash on Delivery (if applicable), even if your order is delivered in parts.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges are as applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD):
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid using one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.. Final shipping costs will be shown before you complete your payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside India. We are actively working on launching international shipping in the near future.
